SERVICE #1: On-Bike Training Plan

With Aspire Training Systems, we offer a variety of services within our on-bike training plans. Each plan is individualized & tailored weekly based upon upcoming races, traveling, etc. Whether you are aiming to improve your sprinting, master the track, or refine technique, we've got you covered

  • Individualized Sprint Program: Designed to enhance explosive power and speed on the track. We will work closely with you to assess your current abilities & develop a plan that targets your specific weaknesses & builds upon your strengths. Through a combination of methods, you will see significant improvements in your sprint ability over time
  • Individualized Track Program: Our individualized track programs help provide riders with a structured approach to practices. All track programs are based upon your training schedule, upcoming racing, etc. Within your track specific program, we will focus on improving your technique, skills, and race strategy to elevate your performance and confidence come race day
  • Video Feedback/Analysis: We offer comprehensive video feedback & analysis to help fine tine your technique and strategy. Simply upload footage of races or practice sessions, and we will provide detailed feedback & actionable insights to help you improve - from body positioning to race tactics, our video analysis service gives you a competitive edge by highlighting areas for growth & refinement

SERVICE #2: Strength & Conditioning Program

Our strength & conditioning program is tailored to your individual needs and schedule. As a Certified Functional Strength Coach who works in the collegiate scene, we will design a program that suits your goals through science-based training.

  • Work With A Certified Functional Strength Coach: As a collegiate strength & conditioning coach, I have worked with a wide variety of athletes within multiple athletic disciplines, but my main background is within BMX racing where I have competed & coached for the past 20-years
  • Gain Access To Our Coaching Application: Upon getting started, our coaching application is where you will receive your training programs

SERVICE #3: Accountability Coaching

Stay motivated & held accountable with our personalized coaching support. Our team is here to help you along your journey.

  • Check-Ins: We will be checking in daily/weekly with you along your journey to ensure optimal progress along your journey
  • Progress Reviews: Weekly, we will send a google form to collect data from the previous week & to be able to address anything that comes time mind
  • Open Communication: 24/6 communication to ensure you stay on course towards your goals & to answer/provide feedback as needed
